Elite Lash Supplies and Training's key focus is to help other lash artists; this is achieved by Elite Lash Supplies and Training making available a great range of products with fast delivery and exceptional customer service. Elite Lash Supplies and Training provides a broad range for all lash artists, including their Pre-made Volume Lashes which help assist the bridge of Classic and Russian Volume Lash Extensions this also helps, to provide more volume for Lash artists only trained in Classics. Elite Lash Supplies products are made of the best quality there is in the lash world, and have all been tested to ensure quality and integrity to Australian standards.

Who do we ship through?

We ship most of our orders Express Post via Australia Post for next day delivery to city center's 2-4 days to regional locations. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Processing times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address & selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cut off times (12pm business days EST), weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Orders received after 12 pm will be sent out the following day. Most likely we will get out orders that come in after 12 pm, but we can only guarantee orders received by 12 pm.

Pick Up

If you are located in the Brisbane area and would like to pick up please call either the office phone on 073282 6332 or mobile on 0407689709 to arrange pickup. Please note that the Academy and Supplies is not a shop front and is run from the lower level of my house. If you need a urgent pickup please call the numbers, however due to training times, mum life and life in general i may not always be available to process your order as the processing times is usually done between 11am and 2pm.  

Pick up times are best suited between 12pm and 3pm most business days. Pick up is unavailable on the weekends.

International shipping

We do ship internationally only to USA, CANADA and NEW ZEALAND. Delivery times are 10-14 business days, depending on customs and boarder patrol.

How will i know when my order has been posted?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods.

Your email address & mobile number will be submitted to Australia post, Australia post will send email or text communication about your parcel status, expected delivery date & collection information if your not in attendance when delivery is attempted. 

Payment

Our online store payments can be made via pay pal, stripe, afterpay, zippay, bank deposit are all secure online payments, COD - cash on delivery is only available in Australia for the instore pick, not any online orders. Other payment methods we offer are Bank deposit or Eftpos. Orders can be picked up from our salon, to do this please call Jess at Head office on 07 3282 6332.

Back Orders and Pre Orders?

In the event the product is sold out we do take pre-orders, please email info@elitelashsupplies.com. Pre-orders are emailed invoices sent on the day the product arrives in store, You get to secure the product before it goes online, payment must be made on the day. No product will be sent if until payment is made.

In the event that a product is sold out, We can do an email or phone “Back Order” for the item. Back Ordered products will be dispatched as soon as they become available and may take 1 to 4 weeks to ship.
